2. Orders & Payments

All prices displayed on www.morwennastudio.com are listed in Euros (EUR) and include Value-Added Tax (VAT) where applicable under Dutch and EU regulations. The final total at checkout includes product price, applicable VAT, and any shipping costs.

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Orders are not confirmed or processed until full payment has been successfully received and verified. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment fails or is suspected to be fraudulent.

We accept secure payment via third-party payment providers including but not limited to iDeal, PayPal, and credit/debit card networks (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Your payment information is never stored or processed directly on our servers; it is handled securely by these third-party platforms in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing information provided is accurate and complete.

Morwenna Studio reserves the right to update prices, discontinue products, or correct errors in pricing or product descriptions at any time without prior notice. If a pricing error occurs on your order, we will notify you before fulfillment and provide the option to proceed with the corrected price or cancel the order for a full refund.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. All products are dispatched from the Netherlands. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on your country, the shipping method selected at checkout, and the destination’s customs processing.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information or missed delivery attempts by the courier.

Import duties, customs fees, VAT (outside the EU), and any other taxes applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and may be requested upon delivery by your local customs authority. We cannot estimate or reimburse these charges.

Shipping timeframes provided on the website are estimates and are not guaranteed. Morwenna Studio is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, strikes, weather events, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon delivery. If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is missing items, please contact us immediately at info@morwennastudio.com.

4. Returns and refunds

In summary:

• You may return eligible products within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
• Personalized or custom-made items are excluded from returns unless defective.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including, but not limited to, artwork, photography, graphics, text, logos, product designs, product descriptions, and the website layout — is the intellectual property of Morwenna Studio and is protected under Dutch copyright law, European copyright directives, and international intellectual property treaties.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
